With reliable operation and convenient repair, electrical control system adopts PLC to control the conveying of actual bottle and the operation of buffer systems, which realizes the functions of automatic accelerance or deceleration, and automatic buffer.

1. Smooth and reliable delivery, using synchronous tracking control between conveyor and host machine or with the host or on-line control between the up and downstream equipments, so that the up and downstream equipments, so that the bottles will not be brought down, stopped, and blocked in the delivery process

In order to prevent the bottles squeeze in the conveying process, especially the control between high-speed line and bottles conveying line, it adopts chain control with easy interoperate control; the control elements have proximity switch, photocell, sensor; there are many kinds of control method, to put forward practical control methods according to different design requirements, for the purpose of smooth delivery.
